From Asia to Europe - experience Indian biryanis and samoosas, Greek souvlaki, German coffee and cakes, African meats, Portuguese pregos, Italian pizza, Vietnamese dessert and other Spring Fair favourites, including hamburgers, boeries, chips and pancakes. And don't forget to tuck into a bowl of fresh strawberries and cream - a popular Spring Fair treat.

If the selection of food isn't tempting enough, there is plenty to see and do. Browse the massive selection of books and magazines at the popular book fair. Looking for that special gift? Potter around the wide variety of craft market stalls. Pick up something amazing (at a steal) from the auction, stock up on fruit and veggies (and delicious home-made lemonade) at the fresh-produce stall. Give a new home to an old favourite from the White Elephant booth, make a splash with "Dunk a Prefect" or take the plunge bungee jumping.
